- Children six and under no charge
- Add $10.00 for each occupant in excess of two
- Weekend, Holiday and Special Events subject to minimum stays
- All rooms non-smoking
- Absolutely no pets!
- Check-in time 2PM
- Check-out time 11AM
- Rates subject to city & sales tax
- One day deposit on all reservations
- No checks accepted upon arrival
- Balance due on arrival
- 7 days notice for refund of deposit
- $20.00 cancellation fee
- 72 hours notice for refunds after check-in
